- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Field client and adjuster calls and provide service and/or updates to meet the needs of the client.
- Create a line of communication between the client, our company, and other interested parties.
- Stay up to date and attempt to meet all Service Level Agreements with ServiceMaster, Third Party Administrators, and Insurance Carriers.
- Review compliance tasks through Restore365 each working day as well as have Crew Chief and Technician’s review the job compliances before going to work site.
- Dispatch Supervisors and Technicians to new projects.
- Scrub compliances for all pending sales and work in progress, problem solve in getting compliances that are past due completed.
- Stay up to date on Web based monitoring platforms, MICA or other platforms, to assist in water mitigation; this includes coordinating monitoring service calls, updating information timely.
- Verify all necessary data is entered into Xactimate (sketches, photos, Demo sheets, etc.) and labeled correctly.
- Responsibility to track down information using all resources available.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable by accurately verifying payment responsibilities (owner/insurance) and communicating w/ parties if requested.
- Make and document QA calls according to set compliances.
- Ensure fully documented files on all projects daily within internal and external systems.
- Meet each workday with to discuss status of on-going projects and to supervise the following requirements are met.
- Must be accountable for time keeping & follow ServiceMaster’s policies and procedures; Consistent attendance is crucial to this position's success.
- All other duties as assigned or needed.
- Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening

- Have a background in similar fields/positions and customer service.
- Are highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.

- Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM
- Move up to 20 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
- Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones etc.
- Fingering and Repetitive motions, such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
- Express or exchange ideas with others quickly, accurately, and receive and act on detailed information.
- Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
